Certified Instructor Patrick Saults teaches at Taylor John's Arts Centre in Coventry

We aim to bring a real experience of traditional Wu-style tai chi to all fitness
levels and abilities.
We will teach the standard 108 movement Form as practised worldwide in
Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academies
We aim to share the breadth and scope of the art of tai chi in an enjoyable
way and one that brings with it both the well known health, relaxation and
fitness benefits
We offer a chance to understand the philosophical, cultural and martial
roots of the art
