Marilyn Feingold, Artist, began training Tai Chi Chuan in 1996 at Botsford Hospital Rehabilitation Center. She retired from her job in 1991 as a child care worker for the State of Michigan after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and diffuse autoimmune dysfunction. In 1996, upon the recommendation of her doctor, she began training Tai Chi Chuan as a way to help control pain and maintain good joint and muscle mobility. This former Ann Arbor social worker turned landscape artist and illustrator currently resides in Livonia, Michigan. Marilyn is currently teaching a 108 Hand Form class at Jewel Heart Tibeten Learning Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. |
