I first became acquainted with Tai Chi Chuan when relocating to London from the north-east of England in the 1980's. I was Introduced to the unique qualities of Wu style under the tutelage of Sifu Gary Wragg at the then London Centre for Wu style Tai Chi Chuan training alongside Don Spargo currently a Teaching Disciple of Wu Style.
After a 20 year hiatus practicing other Eastern arts such as yoga and meditation alongside my work as a professional mental health social worker I was re-acquainted with Wu style when practicing under the instruction and guidance of Neville Côte a Disciple of Grandmaster Wu Kwong Yu at The Brixton Learning Centre, South London and later inspired to qualify as a certified instructor. My intention is to continue to develop an aptitude for the special skills and qualities of the Wu style tradition for the benefit of myself and others fulfilling our aspirations through the art of Tai ChiChuan.
