| Nicole has been training under the tuition of Sifu Gary Wragg at the Bethnal Green Academy, London and has been a member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain since 2006. She became a closed door member of Sifu Gary Wragg in 2009, which was followed by an official discipleship ceremony with Grand Master Wu Kwong Yu in Hong Kong in 2012. She has been on the instructor training program since 2007 and became a Wu Style Federation certified Instructor in Hong Kong 2012. She regularly assists with instructing at the Bethnal Green, London Academy and presently teaches the intermediate syllabus on Tuesday evenings. The Academy has been running the London Competition for Traditional Tai Chi Chuan since 2008 and Nicole has been on the committee for organising and administrating the event for six years running. Additionally, she regularly competes in Tai Chi Chuan competitions held nationally and internationally representing the UK and is a multiple medal winner at the British Open, London Competition for Traditional Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Federation of Europe Championships, and won Best Female Competitor alongside training partner Steffi Sachsenmaier at the The 2nd International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation Competition in Singapore in 2012. Also during the 2012 trip to Hong Kong and Singapore she passed her Level 3 Duan Wei Grading conducted by the China Wushu Association. As well as competing, Nicole has been a part of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain Judges' Training Seminar Program since 2007, which was founded by Sifu Gary Wragg in 2005. Nicole qualified as a Naturopath and Herbal Medicine practitioner in September 2012 and combines her education in Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan principles for health and wellbeing as a complement to her treatment protocols for her clients. She regularly participates in Tai Chi demonstrations to promote the art, has conducted a children’s Tai Chi class at a local school and run various workshops to corporate clients promoting Tai Chi Chuan for stress management in the workplace.
