I heard of Wu Tai Chi from my father-in-law who had attended Si Fu's first seminar in Singapore few years ago. I had always wanted to learn Tai Chi for health reasons. Prior to Wu Ti Chi, I had taken a few lessons in Yang Tai Chi in classes conducted at a community centre. I had very little martial art training " only six months of karate " when I was a student. However, I wish I had opportunity to know of Wu Tai Chi earlier. It is a very effective form of self-defence. I believe Wu Tai Chi can be a life long health improvement skill that can help me immensely in the coming years. I have also introduced two of friends to join the class. |
