I was first introduced Taichi by my wife, then girlfriend 4 years ago. At that time I didn’t believe  in taichi and thought it was for older generation to keep their health in shape. I had preferred a more active sport to suit my lifestyle.

After 3 years of attending class, I have a sense of purpose and belonging coming from taichi followers where the tradition is practiced, passed on and the comradery of sharing that experience. Now taichi not only become routine part of my life but a way of life.
