Wayne has practiced Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan for twelve years. A continual student, Wayne is affiliated with Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy in Toronto, Canada and is a registered disciple of the Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation. He has immersed himself in Eastern Philosophy and in 1999 earned a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Columbia, Maryland.

In 1998 Wayne became certified in Zero Balancing. He also accomplished a Masters in Health Promotion and Fitness Management at the American University (1995) in Washington, D.C.

In 1995 Wayne lived in Shanghai, China for four months training in Acupuncture, Massage and Tai Chi at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Prior to his Acupuncture, Zero Balancing and Tai Chi training, Wayne established himself with a background in Psychology and Stress Management at Stockton State College Pormona, NJ (1991).
