Lily Kang is certified to teach the International 108 Standard Form by the International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation. Lily is originally from Fujian, in Mainland China. She started studying Tai Chi Chuan in 2003. She won 1^st place in International Competition for 108 forms, and 2^nd place in 108 Tai Chi Sword Form.

Lily has her BA degree in Chinese Literature. She has worked as a journalist, and then as a Software Engineer. Now, she is a stay home mom and teaches Mandarin at the Chinese school in La Jolla, CA. She also became a United States Citizen in 2013.
